How to Apply Online for RRC CR Apprentice Form 2026
- Visit the official website of Railway Recruitment Cell, Central Railway at rrccr.com.
- Click on the notification link reading “Online Application for Engagement of Act Apprentices 2026–27 (Notice No. RRC/CR/AA/2026)”.
- Click on “Apply Online” and complete the new registration by entering basic details (Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Email ID, Aadhaar Number).
- Select one cluster (Mumbai, Bhusawal, Pune, Nagpur, or Solapur) and enter your unit and trade preferences.
- Fill in your Class 10th aggregate marks and ITI trade marks accurately.
- Upload scanned images of your recent passport-size photograph, signature, Class 10th mark sheet, ITI certificate, and caste certificate (if applicable).
- Pay the application fee of ₹100 online (General/OBC/EWS).
- Verify all entries carefully and click Final Submit before 02 December 2026 (05:00 PM). Save and print the final application form along with the fee receipt for future reference.
RRC CR Apprentice 2026 – Selection Process
- Marks-Based Merit List Generation: No written examination or viva-voce will be conducted. Selection is based on a combined merit list prepared by taking the simple average of marks obtained in:
- {Merit Percentage} = {{Class 10th Aggregate Percentage} + {ITI Trade Percentage}}/{2}
- Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates from the merit list will be called for document verification at assigned cluster headquarters.
- Medical Fitness Assessment: Verified candidates must clear a medical examination conducted by Railway Medical Officers per prescribed standards before final engagement.
