Eligibility Criteria
- लाभार्थी का परिवार उत्तर प्रदेश का निवासी हो तथा उसके पास स्थायी निवास प्रमाण पत्र हो, जिसमें राशन कार्ड/आधार कार्ड/वोटर पहचान पत्र/विद्युत/टेलीफोन का बिल मान्य होगा।
- लाभार्थी की पारिवारिक वार्षिक आय अधिकतम रु0-3.00 लाख हो।
- किसी परिवार की अधिकतम दो ही बच्चियों को योजना का लाभ मिल सकेगा।
- परिवार में अधिकतम दो बच्चे हों।
- किसी महिला को द्वितीय प्रसव से जुड़वा बच्चे होने पर तीसरी संतान के रूप में लड़की को भी लाभ अनुमन्य होगा। यदि किसी महिला को पहले प्रसव से बालिका है व द्वितीय प्रसव से दो जुड़वा बालिकायें ही होती हैं तो केवल ऐसी अवस्था में ही तीनों बालिकाओं को लाभ अनुमन्य होगा।
- यदि किसी परिवार ने अनाथ बालिका को गोद लिया हो, तो परिवार की जैविक संतानों तथा विधिक रूप में गोद ली गयी संतानों को सम्मिलित करते हुये अधिकतम दो बालिकायें इस योजना की लाभार्थी होंगी।

| प्रथम श्रेणी | नवजात बालिकाओं जिनका जन्म 01/04/2019 या उसके पश्चात् हुआ हो, को रू0 5000.00 एक मुश्त धनराशि से लाभान्वित किया जायेगा। |
| द्वितीय श्रेणी | वह बालिकायें सम्मिलित होंगी जिनका एक वर्ष के भीतर सम्पूर्ण टीकाकरण हो चुका हो तथा उनका जन्म 01/04/2018 से पूर्व न हुआ हो, को रू0 2000.00 एक मुश्त धनराशि से लाभान्वित किया जायेगा। |
| तृतीय श्रेणी | वह बालिकायें सम्मिलित होंगी जिन्होंने चालू शैक्षणिक सत्र के दौरान प्रथम कक्षा में प्रवेश लिया हो , को रू0 3000.00 एक मुश्त धनराशि से लाभान्वित किया जायेगा। |
| चतुर्थ श्रेणी | वह बालिकायें सम्मिलित होंगी जिन्होंने चालू शैक्षणिक सत्र के दौरान छठी कक्षा में प्रवेश लिया हो , को रू0 3000.00 एक मुश्त धनराशि से लाभान्वित किया जायेगा। |
| पंचम श्रेणी | वह बालिकायें सम्मिलित होंगी जिन्होंने चालू शैक्षणिक सत्र के दौरान नवीं कक्षा में प्रवेश लिया हो , को रू0 5000.00 एक मुश्त धनराशि से लाभान्वित किया जायेगा। |
| षष्टम् श्रेणी | वह सभी बालिकायें सम्मिलित होंगी जिन्होंने 10वीं/12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण करके चालू शैक्षणिक सत्र के दौरान स्नातक-डिग्री या कम से कम दो वर्षीय डिप्लोमा में प्रवेश लिया हो , को रू0 7000.00 एक मुश्त धनराशि से लाभान्वित किया जायेगा। |
