- Medical Assistant Trade (10+2): An unmarried candidate must be born between 01 January 2006 and 01 January 2010 (both dates inclusive).
- Medical Assistant Trade (Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy):
- Unmarried candidate: Born between 01 July 2003 and 01 July 2008 (both dates inclusive).
- Married candidate: Born between 01 July 2003 and 01 July 2006 (both dates inclusive).
- Upper Age Limit: 21 Years
- Age Relaxation: As per Indian Air Force rules and regulations.

- 📍 Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
- Run for candidates up to 21 years: 1.6 km to be completed within 7 minutes.
- Run for candidates above 21 years (Diploma / B.Sc Pharmacy): 1.6 km to be completed within 7 minutes 30 seconds.
- 📍 Medical Standards
- Height: Minimum 152.5 cms
- Chest: Well proportioned and developed with minimum 5 cms expansion
- Hearing: Normal hearing; able to hear forced whisper from 6 meters by each ear separately
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per IAF standards
- Dental: Healthy gums, good set of teeth, minimum 14 dental points
- Visual Standards: 6/36 each eye, correctable to 6/9 each eye; refractive error not exceeding +3.50D including Astigmatism
