The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) will release the Pre Admit Card for the Civil Services HCS Examination 2026 (Advt. No. 22/2026) on its official website. The preliminary exam is scheduled to be held on 26 April 2026. The application process had started on 06 February 2026 and closed on 26 February 2026. Candidates will be able to download their admit card soon by logging into the portal using their Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth. A direct link for downloading the admit card will also be provided for convenience.

Haryana HPSC HCS Notification 2026 : Age Limits (As on 01 January 2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age (DSP): 27 Years
- Maximum Age (Others): 42 Years
- The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has specified that candidates applying for the Civil Services (HCS) Examination 2026 must be at least 18 years old as on 01 January 2026. For the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), the maximum age limit is 27 years, while for other posts under HCS, the maximum age limit is 42 years. In addition, age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories and other eligible groups as per the regulations of HPSC.
