The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon release the Class 12th Result 2026 on its official website. The board examinations were conducted from 03 March 2026 to 10 April 2026. Students will be able to check their results by logging into the CBSE portal using their Examination Roll Number and Captcha Code. CBSE Board Class 12th Examination 2025‑26 – Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Attendance Requirement
- Students must have at least 75% attendance in their classes to be eligible for the board exams.
- In cases of genuine reasons such as medical emergencies or participation in national/international events, schools may grant relaxation upon submission of valid documents.
- Passing Marks
- A minimum of 33% marks is required in each subject to pass.
- For subjects with practical components, students must secure 33% separately in both theory and practical.
- Internal Assessments
- Students must obtain a grade higher than ‘E’ in all internal assessments.
- Failure to do so may result in withholding of external examination results.
- Compartment Exams
- Students failing in one or two subjects are eligible to appear for compartment exams scheduled in May or June 2026.
- Subject Selection
- Students must finalize their subject choices during the submission of the List of Candidates (LOC).
- Changes to subject choices after LOC submission are generally not permitted.
