The Bihar Vidhan Parishad (BVP) Government of Bihar, will release the Admit Card for the recruitment of Personal Assistant, DEO, LDC, and Stenographer Posts under Advt. No. 02/2025. The examination is scheduled to be held on 10 May 2026. The application process had started on 28 November 2025 and closed on 05 January 2026. Candidates will soon be able to download their Admit Card by logging into the official portal using their Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth. - Step 1: Visit the official website of Bihar Vidhan Parishad (BVP).
- Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Admit Card” section or select the link for “LDC / DEO Admit Card 2026”.
- Step 3: Enter your login details:
- Registration / Application Number
- Date of Birth / Password
- Step 4: Click on Submit / Login.

- Written Examinatio: Objective-type test based on syllabus and post requirements, Candidates must qualify to proceed to the next stage.
- Stenography / Typing Test (Post-wise): For PA & Stenographer: Hindi Stenography speed test and typing test, For DEO & LDC: Typing speed test in Hindi/English as per eligibility criteria.
- Document Verification (DV): Verification of educational certificates, age proof, caste certificate (if applicable), and other required documents.
- Medical Examination: Final stage to ensure candidates meet the prescribed medical standards before appointment.
